Lasted one month before failure
Just spent considerable $$$ for repairs due to this faulty thermostat. Buy OEM - not this failure.

Works on Chrysler 300
Easy install on my Chrysler 300 2011... Took about 15 minutes to swap out..

Inaccurate product description
This was supposed to be a complete assembly but it came as just the thermostat and did not have the housing even though the description said with housing. I sent it back and reordered it and they sent another thermostat without the housing.

Throwing a code for too low of coolant temperature?
My check engine light came on and the code showed that coolant temperature was too LOW at operating temperature. I had never heard of such a thing - overheating, yes, but too cool? But, make sense that the car would be most efficient at a certain temperature. My car has electronics where I could see my coolant temperature, and sure enough is was about 185 when is should be about 204-ish.I watched a video on you-tube, and swapped out my thermostat yesterday. It is really easy! But a bit messy because the coolant never flows right down into the catch basin.20-minute job, including cleanup. Now my coolant temperature is over 204, like is should be. But still shows right in the middle of the cold-hot gauge, so I am still good. Internet says I might get better gas mileage too.Note: my check engine light did not turn off automatically when I replaced. I needed to erase the code with my scan tool. Now I know
