40th Birthday Gift Shirt - Vintage 1981 Aged to Perfection

I got this tshirt for my husband for his 40th birthday. Of all the Amazon tshirts I was looking at for his 40th, this one could arrive the fastest. Actual 2 day prime vs a lot of the other tshirts had to "process" and then ship two day prime. The tshirt brand is Gildan, so lower end (or I guess more generic) quality tshirts in that they run a little large, boxy more than fitted, the cotton is a little thick and stiff, but that is typical Gildan. The print is good. Overall happy with what we got it for, one day of brewery hopping for his 40th. The shirt will pretty much be worn around the house now. Haven't washed or dried yet, but again we expect it to be like a typical Gildan shirt. Overall happy with the purchase and I got a good laugh out of my husband and all our friends with his bday shirt.

I bought this for my hubby's BFF who was turning 40. He's particular and rather unexpressive. I was thrilled when he smiled enthusiastically put the shirt on immediately for our pedal tavern trip. I'm a happy customer.

This was a gift for my son & since he lives 1000 miles away I have not seen the shirt. The package arrived quicker than they promised & made it in time for his BBQ birthday party. I ordered it larger than necessary because I had no idea the quality of cotton used, whether it will shrink when washed...and most people like T-shirts on the larger side. He says it is too large, which means it is generously sized; since I chose the size, I cannot subtract stars for that...I was mainly pleased it arrived before his party.

We ordered this shirt for our son’s birthday and had to return for a larger size as it runs small. We ordered an XL which is his normal size and it was so small we returned for a 3x, which seemed true to size Unfortunately! Rather than return again he decided to keep the shirt and it did shrink slightly so far so fits somewhat oversized but no longer enormous! Design on the shirt is nice, and he’s had several compliments !

Bought this shirt apart of a birthday gift. It was perfect. The design was exactly as expected and the quality and workmanship were perfect. Loved the fact that it didn't state the age, but the birth year. This allows the short to be worn regularly and not just a gag birthday gift.We will be back to buy more shirts as needed.

I bought this shirt as a gift for my boyfriend to wear at his 40th bday party. It fit as expected and although the design was stiff and the shirt fabric was coarse, he seemed comfortable enough in it and wore it all night. It matched the “vintage 1980’s” Koozies and other decor I bought, so the shirt fit perfectly with his party theme.My problem wasn’t until I looked over my invoice/bill - the shirt itself was $23.00 but the seller charged me $21.99 for shipping!!! Within my state!!!! And no, it wasn’t expedited shipping, there was no rush placed on the delivery - it was just regular, no-frills ground delivery. It was ordered on 6/3 and shipping ETA was 6/9-6/11. Which is an exorbitant amount of money for a single tee shirt with a ready-made design slapped on the front of it. Since I was ordered multiple items for the party from different sellers at the same time I assumed the $21.99 was for ALL the items in the cart. Nope! The entire shipping charge was for this ONE TEE SHIRT. It’s too late for me to do anything about it except warn others to double-check your orders and delivery fees like by line and DO NOT overlook the shipping charges if you’re buying from this seller.

I purchased this shirt for my son's 40th birthday party. I was able to purchase matching tablecloths, napkins etc so it was a true "Vintage Aged to Perfection 1979" theme party. Due to lack of planning on my part, I did need expedited shipping, and it arrived almost overnight it seemed. My son loves this shirt, the quality is good and it is true to size. Very positive experience with this Company. Wouldn't hesitate to order again from them. Five stars!

Great gift that fir as expected.

Description said "fitted" but in fact it was very boxy. More like a man's tee. Fabric and logo was great.
