This product was exactly what I expected and so far looks awesome! The pipes are heavy. They are grayish, not black. The pipes do have some grease on them, and the pipe threads have burrs, so be careful while cleaning. Speaking of cleaning, use a lint free cloth with mineral spirits to remove the grease. If you don't use lint free, the fuzz will catch on the surface and it is pretty impossible to get off if you're going to paint the pipes. Doesn't matter if you aren't going to paint. For paint, if you want a cast iron look, use Rustoleum textured black spray paint. I am really happy with the results!

This review is for 3/4 tee connectors only. I don't do many reviews but I thought these were good enough and should be noted. I bought these to build an industrial style table. They came tightly rapped in a sealed heavy plastic bag. They were totally dirt and rust free with little if any oil and no noticeable odor. A little acetone and they're ready to go. They actually look like new parts! We all know things can change though. If mine are any indication these are what your looking for.

These are true to size, I was hesitant to order pipe online. But they fit the pipe and being able to buy in bulk at a slightly cheaper price is very convenient. Will buy again.

Well sort of, but a nice look and real designed pipe. Tapered threads, and heavy like in the old days. Love this product.
