ERB 19988 Omega II Cap Style Hard Hat with Mega Ratchet, Purple

I bought a couple of these for an upcoming Habitat for Humanity build that we did with my company. I applied my own cut vinyl logo and they looked great. They work great too to protect your head! I got hit by a falling piece of lumber and luckily did not sustain any injury. The inside is fully adjustable for maximum comfort. They were a huge hit!

I love and wear purple clothing. My sister-in-law got one of these purple hard helmets as a gift to me to use at my work instead of a basic white hard helmet. Helmets only have needed protective strength for 10 years due to chemicals leaching away over time. So after 10 years, I destroyed my first, old helmet and replaced with this one. I am very happy with it.

The six point suspension system on this hard hat is not adjustable. Which I guess in itself is kind of a safety thing since it prevents people from making them too loose and sitting the hat too low. I feel like it sits right. The rear strap can easily and quickly be adjusted with the ratcheting knob. The rear strap also pivots which makes the hard hat easier to put on and remove. There's a sticker inside the hard hat saying it meets ANSI Z89.1-2009. Interestingly despite the listing saying this hard hat is made in China, it's actually made in the USA according to the sticker! By ERB Safety in Woodstock, Georgia. The purple is a nice royal purple. Pretty fun color. The hard hat is comfortable enough in my opinion.

I love the way it has the adjustment knob in the back of the hat to ensure proper fitting. I’m a professional Truck driver so going to different shippers or receivers hard hats are required so having my own is great!

This helmet is made by good quality material and the ratchet makes it fit perfectally. For the price it's a really good buy.

I love love love this hard hat. Purple is my favorite color and this shade is absolutely the best. I am a stagehand and got the idea to look for a purple hard hat for an Elton John concert. When I ordered it I was ordering on color and price alone. (You can not beat the price!) Well, I had been wanting to get an sweatband for my forehead. To my delight this hat has one built in and the knob in the back to tighten and loosen it. Eureka! In love!!! I am definately getting more from this company in other colors. I purchased it in October and it is very rare that it falls off and it has taken a few knocks with no harm to me. I recommend for sure!

This hard hat is perfect for what I need it for. I was very happy to find a hard hat in my favourite color. The quality is good and it can be fitted to whatever size you need. I'm looking forward to using it on the job site.
