This is the first time I've bought any NMN product so wasn't sure what to expect. The capsules are easy to swallow and the pop up lid is a very good idea and makes for ease in dispensing the dose. I've been taking it for a few weeks now and notice increase in energy levels. I am satisfied with the product and will be purchasing again before I run out.
