Not glossy
I bought this as most seem to do for face-ups and I have to say even after 3 coats on my dolls lips it was more like satin or simi-gloss. I ended up buying Liquitex gloss medium and it is shinny.

Always great quality never use any other than tamiya paints. Always good results and fast drying . Great coverage and easy clean up.

A GOOD STANDARD
Probably the thickest viscosity clear? There are MANY clears in model making..imho they all perform differently. Testing them to learn how to best use them and maximize their qualities is a step towardsMaster Modeler. This is a robust, uv resistant and consistent clear. I use it more than any other but only when I want this specific finish. I do reduce it with MR Color 400 thinner and Tamiya Retarder with final coat over reduced for flow out.
