I bought this because I tried to make gluten free challahs for my grandson and they were hard to braid. The challahs came out looking fabulous. Just follow the instructions.

Love this, only important could you make it into a four set instead of two so it evens it out in the oven baking wise. 👌Otherwise, this was fabulous 5 stars because it works great for my mother's aging hands.

We need to eat gluten free and no ways to make a proper challah. I have used them 2 times and good great challah shapes brioche.

So Cool and a MUST for Gluten Free Baking
I thought these would be kind of lame, but they're actually wonderful. If you bake gluten free bread or challah, these rock.

Bake longer, and don't expect the smooth, glossy top crust
These things are fantastic, but I have learned over the past week of working with them that you WON'T get the perfectly smooth glossy crust you expect, and that you need to bake the challah in this pan for 30 minutes before the turn-out and baking on the baking sheet for another 20 minutes.

Good, not great
I tried these a few times but found that you need a lot more trial and error to get the exact right amount of dough that will fill up the mold completely but not overflow it on the bottom. I guess of I tried it a few dozen more times I might get the knack. Just not today. Or tomorrow.

Perfect gluten free challot
A friend told me that it’s hard to braid gluten free dough and suggested that I buy these molds. Perfect! Easy to use! Easy to clean!
