This item arrived looking great and simple to install...boy was I wrong! First there were no instructions. Then I figured out that I had to remove the inside dome light and then pull the headliner away from the roof while removing two more 7mm bolts from the roof that held the 3rd brake light in. Once it was out you'll have to take the contacts that hold the dome light bulb in and insert the new ones that are connected to the new 3rd brake light and they don't work as well as the old ones. So, if I had to do it again, I would've cut and spliced the new wires to the old wires for the interior dome light. Tip: Have an extra person to hold pressure on the outside of the new brake light or use tape to hold it down while you get the bolts started when you install the new brake light. The good thing is that after you put the bolts back in for the 3rd brake light and get the dome light re installed, youre done. There are no exterior screws to hold the lens on the new light housing. It looks good installed and I like it. My 03 Sonoma has a cleaner look now.

Does NOT fit properly (curb & seal) I had to drilled/wallered the hole on the plate/bracket. Then when installing, it turned out that it wasn't a perfect fit nor a plug and play kind of deal.the terminals for the dom light didn't even fit.not worth the time or money. I was wanting it for a 2000 s10 by the way.

Looks good and works well. Super bright. Just doesn’t sit super snug which is an easy fix. Other than that perfect

Best way I found to do the job was to drop the headliner and go through the back window if you have the slide

This product is not fit my 1997 Chevrolet S10 as advertised. Unfortunately, by the time I realized this it was too late to return the product, as it was super cold outside and I couldn't swap it at the time.
