I ordered these to replace the old ones (30 yrs +) and they are perfect, very good quality and they glide smoothly. They come with curtain hooks as well. I would definitely recommend these.

When these arrived I took one look and was disappointed. They looked clunky, bulky and low grade. I considered returning them immediately.However, I was wrong.I stuck with them, mainly due to a lack of time to do otherwise. When ready to put up my curtains I used them and was massively surprised. They are solid, don't fall off when hanging curtains, don't break like flimsy alternative and actually look brilliant when up.Strong, stable, simple and stunning.Curtains are hung and perform perfectly.

Fantastic quality curtain rings, hooks are a bit small for the eyes though because they are very robust and thick but work ok once on.

Bought in conjunction with curtain hooks as my eyelet curtains were a pain to draw. Works well, very smooth movement now.

Bought these to replace wooden rings that had mutually worn their pole and curtains had become "difficult" to draw - I'm sure you know the story.Took down curtains. Took down pole. Replaced rings. Re-mounted pole - rotating it slightly. Re-hang the curtains. Oh. Existing hooks won't go in the new rings. Change the curtain hooks for the ones provided. Hang curtains back up? Not without a LOT of patience, a swear box and a pair of long- nosed pliers you won't.Nice job when finished though.But now that the curtains are up, next will come problem of eventually getting them down again. Pliers. Swear box...Caveat emptor.
