Started strong, failed miserbaly
I have purchased this product 5 times since May. The last box of 8 I received, 4 failed sublimation. Same design, two different presses, one PYDLife, one VEVOR. Both had 2 successful transfers, both had 2 failures, a 50% failure rate for a box of 8. With the same design and two different presses, the only weak link is the coating on the mugs. The quality isn't the same. I believe I will be changing brands in the near future.

Works with Cricut Mug press.
The packaging leaves a bit to be desired, but all the mugs arrived safely. I bought these over the others because others said they could be used with the Cricut mug press. As a newbie to this type of crafting and the upfront costs, I didn't want to make a mistake. I also was looking for a better-quality mug than what I ordered from an online retailer. These mugs are higher quality.With all my newbie mistakes, I was able to do a fair job on my first mug. The second mug came out much better because I learned I could change my picture quality settings on my new printer. Now I just need to get quality paper and I will have great looking mugs. The only thing that left me wanting is a downloadable template for the white space. It's a newbie thing and it would have made my first mug easier to make.I will be buying these again.
