Project Mc2 Perfume Science Kit

I am an author of like 29 DIY books on subjects such as making perfume, body lotion, bath products and it was easier for me to give my Grand-Daughter these types of gifts to prime her for real projects later. I bought her several "kits" off Amazon for her Birthday and THIS was her FAVORITE by far and I was very impressed with the fun design and layout ! The only problem was - my Grand-Son loved this stuff too!!! I bought bath bomb factory and other like kits - seven total.

If you are looking for products for you kids to do the perfume? this will be a best choice comparatively. At least you don't have to pay for 40 bulks more to buy a wordy manual telling the history and one or two paragraphs teach you mix the perfume oil. But this one comes with a station, at least operative to the science learning, though it doesn't have a manual.

My daughter really wanted this for Christmas. She loved it. It was easy to put together it came with 2 scents but gave ways to make more. She has used it multiple times. The only downaide was it had 3 small perfume bottles and she makes large quantities luckily we had extra. Great product over all.

I bought 3 of these. 1 for each of my nieces. Great educational gift when it comes to mixing the oils and water and using the beakers and the pressure tubes. Good tip once they use all of their oils, you can use some essential oils.

This is my review based on my perceptions of seeing my daughter use this. She used it once and was done. It didn't take long to make the perfume and at 11 she did it herself. Seems like a one-and-done product. I'd like something that you could use more often. I feel for the price it wasn't worth 20 minutes of fun.

My daughter loves this kit. like other kits tho it doesn't come with ALOT of the oil scent to make the perfume. other than that it was really neat and comes with 2 scents both which smell really good. and was really easy to use.

Gift for my daughter she loves it. My Little Scientist. She's always making perfume for herself, me, and everyone. Any chance that she gets to use her science kit. She really loves her kit.

For Christmas, our 8 year old asked for this and only this. She played with it for one day and it broke. We promised to replace it later and did. One day of play and the new one also started leaking at the edges of one of the plastic components. I now know for sure that my daughter wasn't doing anything that would cause this piece to break. It's just poorly designed. My husband attempted to contact the customer service department for replacement parts to no avail. My now 9 year old is heartbroken.

This product is excellent. If ur into science then look no further! Well worth the sales price! Allows u to unleash your creativity! 5 stars. Would recommend 100%

Bought for my 8 year old daughter, easy for her to use without help, good product, lots of fun.

My step- daughter liked it but it's a little pricy for making perfume.I guess it's a little pricy because it's related to a tv show
