Very helpful at controlling my appetite naturally.

Has taken 12 months but lowered a1c from 6.1 to 5.8. I take with alongside high fiber foods, low carb foods, among other heart and blood sugar healthy foods. Seems to be working in my opinion.

I tried this on a whim. First, let me say, I didn't realize that the product would be coming in amber glass. This was a great surprise. I have since gotten 2 more supplements for family and myself. SoActive is consistent and great quality! I did notice an immediate change in that I had a heavy menstrual period when I had just ended my previous period a few days before. However, I have been feeling awesome and have noticed my skin looking even and fresh. Things that I learned about berberine are that it is great for pcos, insulin resistance, diabetes, wound healing, metabolism, etc. One article I read said it was a blood purifier. I am going to continue use. The only negative I have noticed is a light headache. I tend to do that with new supplements.

This item didn't work for me personally. After leaving a review that said it didn't work and I couldn't return the item the company reached out and rectified the situation. Great customer situation.

Little change in cholesterolMaybe I needed a larger dose. Did see a slight decrease. However I did feel a change in energy for the time I was taking this product. Unfortunately ThePrice is a little much for me. Quality product. Would buy again.

Great brand that delivers efficacious results.

This is the second time e I order this product. Unfortunately I did not read thoroughly the ingredients the first time I just read that is was high on absorption, but now I find out that it is only 50% Berberine with 13% sunflower lecithin and 18% grape seed oil. Unfortunately the item is not eligible for return. I didn’t even open the second bottle.

I really debated on writing this because I did not want this to sell out again! But as a woman who wants other women to find non prescription help for weight gain that is not caused by being a lazy pig, this is for you. I have been using it since May 2023 I have lost 35lbs and it’s August 2023 I also take psyllium husk but that’s it. I’m not hungry and my body used all that stored fat. The first 2wks nothing happened but after that it just melted off. I am not eating any kind of diet food and go out to dinner often. I have never had an issue with weight until menopause. Every body is different but I’m so great full I did the research and it worked for me without side affects.
