Arrived quickly intactPackaged excellent - no dings or bendsI've included the directions - but you can basically put the add on accessories anywhere that you're most comfortable with.The drainage system ( little spout ) pops out of place easily when you move the drainer around. Very easy to reposition.I am ok with the size as there are only 2 of us and I seldom have big pans.Be aware of measurements - ( especially if you have overhead cabinets) but it can be used without the top portion. But then realize it will have very limited space.The table wear holder can be used with or without the knife insert - which I like. But if you have a lot of items and it's on an outside rim it will topple over.Overall, for my needs it works well, but for a bigger family I Would not recommend.But - I love the looks of the crisp white drainer on my counter top.

It’s nice, very sturdy and works well. I just wish it was a little wider for pots and pans but other than that it’s good I make it work.

I posted pics so you can see how much it will hold.The overall concept of this dish rack is pretty good. Super easy to assemble. No hardware required.I like the container for silverware as it has slots for sharp knives. This small piece sits inside the silverware drain compartment and is removable if you aren't washing sharp knives.I'm not impressed with the cup holder as it swings and there's no way to attach the bottom of it for it to stand straight up. So I had to place the cups rather slowly so none fell off. And there are only 4 cup holders, leaving me to have to utilize rack space where I could have placed one or two small pans.If you have a larger family, this a "dry as you wash" kind of rack, as you will need to empty it before adding pots and pans.However it is perfect for a family of 2 or 3 people.It is about 2/3 of the size of my previous dish rack which was about 15 years old.Only 4 stars because of the glasses.Overall a good purchase.

Strong. Sturdy. Fits perfect on counter and doesn’t take up space. Keeps area looking nice and the drain on bottom keep it clean and fresh.

This dishdrainer was definitely a good find. The only thing I didn't like about it was that the top rack would fall down. It was great. No leaks. I was able to store a lot of dishes.

It doesn’t drain water as advertised. Also the chopping board holder drips on the sink because it’s not inside of the drain pan. So you have to dry it off before hand. However I do love how many dishes it holds. I wouldn’t say you can put multiple pans inside, but it’s great for organizing plates and cups. Works for now, but I would recommend looking into other brands.

The item was white coated metal and felt very sturdy. I had a full load of dishes on it, upper and lower racks and it supported them just fine. The drain was plastic and just snapped on and I was thinking it may not work but a small amount of water did flow out. The side arms were a little tricky to figure out how they supported the upper basket but it does go just as the picture depicts. You have to squeeze the upper part of the supports a little to fit the basket rail in the hooks but that makes it very sturdy.

I handwash the dishes amd untensils that don't fit or shouldn't go into the dishwasher. This dish drainer holds large pots, cutting boards, and delicate glassware very nicely. I like the knife holder as well. And it doesn't take up too much room on the counter.
