The material is very durable. I use it mainly to squeeze out excess liquid from zuchinnis, potatoes and other vegetables and fruits when cooking. I also use it to dry fruits and vegetables after washing. The material is not too thin and not too thick. It holds well under pressure and repeated use.

Im not sure how I've managed without these so far. These towels are so useful for drying greens, drying dishes, storing mushrooms, packing snacks.... they are so versatile! I love that these towels are made from 100% organic cotton and that they don't lose absorbency after I wash them. The price is also great considering that these towels are HUGE.

I bought these to be used for straining my cold brew coffee. I wanted something organic and not dyed. These are working very well. The fabric is high quality. I love how straight the edges are which makes for being able to fold them really nicely for compact storage.
