You don’t need it to I have glasses and it fits perfectly but If you feel like you need to yes it will

Has anyone found a silicone cover that fits this new facial interface?

I have this fan and came here also looking for a facial cover. The pad on the Kiwi Design Comfort headset is way more comfortable and has a silicon cover on it. If you reseat the Bobovr pad just right the Kiwi silicon cover fits badly, but at least the silicon is feels better.
