Not exactly the same as the cartridge that shipped with my GPi Case
First, I had to order 2 different cartridges before I got a working one.Second, the first one was missing the rubber Micro SD card slot cover which is inexcusable for a portable device and it either had corrupted graphics or sound with a known working pi zero w from my original GPi Case so, I return it.Ordered a second replacement cartridge and that also had corrupted video with the same pi zero w that worked fine the original cartridge that shipped with my GPi Case. To fix it I disassembled the cartridge and used a clean white eraser on the pogo pins of the cartridge then wiped the pogo pins down with a isopropyl alcohol pad and let it dry. When I reassembled the new cartridge with my pi zero w it worked properly finally. Looks like some QA steps are being missed on these before they are being shipped out.Lastly, I am not a fan of the cartridge redesign for these replacement ones compared to my original cartridge. The original design used a brass slotted thumbscrews that attached the pi zero to the cartridge casing and kept the pi zero secured to the cartridge shell. The pogo pin daughter board were then screwed in the slotted brass thumbscrews so, the entire cartridge was solidly held together. These replacement ones changed the design to use brass screw stand posts that the pi zero slides down but the pi zero rattles around the posts. This also causes the pogo pin daughter board wiggle around with the pi zero way too much as well and I am concerned that the boards with rattle around in the cartridge long term. Retroflag should return to the slotted thumbscrew design from my original cartridge considering that the replacement cartridge's price is over a 1/3rd of the price of a complete GPi Case with cartridge.Basically, I deducted one star for the missing Micro SD slot cover on the first replacement cartridge that I had to return, I deducted a second star for the missing QA flux clean up step that didn't allow the cartridge to interface properly with pi zero out of the box and I deducted a third star for the inferior replacement cartridge redesign.

Worryingly tight fit, looser fit in the GPi Case compared to original.
I needed a replacement as the original cartridge had an issue where one of the spacer nuts snapped off, then I lost one of the other nuts (as well as the rubber SD slot cover). So firstly, I'm hugely happy that RetroFlag have decided to sell these replacements - along with some slight improvements, but they do present some other issues...The replacement cartridge seemed the same, besides one crucial change - the spacer nuts were now a different model and came as a part of the actual cartridge shell themselves (thumbs up!), the Pi zero seemed to slide on to some of the poles rather easily, however the final one in the corner nearest to the rubber SD cover didn't seem to go on as flush or cleanly. The pi sits a bit slanted, which I thought once I closed it up and screwed the two halves together, it'd fix it self. It didn't.The shell seemed to be much harder to close up compared to the cartridge that came with the GPi Case itself. It seemed to be more cramped and the corner nearest the SD cover was bulging quite noticeably. I screwed the case together but it just feels like it's overly tight and like something isn't sitting in place correctly.I also noticed the rubber SD cover seems much more restrictive compared to the original. I cannot get it to fold back enough to actually get the SD card out, I couldn't put a SD card in as easily either. I think the length of the rubber 'cable' is shorter and so doesn't allow much room for manoeuvre - I feel like it'll snap in no time at all. Then due to the bulging of the cartridge it doesn't appear to site properly in the GPi case as with the other one. It feels like it's partially leaning away from the console, which makes me worry about connections being poorly made. Not sure what is causing the bulge, I'm going to have to try and re-seat the zero again but I think the rubber SD cover is what is causing the issue. So all in all, great concept to offer replacements (which raises questions about original build quality with the sub-standard spacer screws) but it doesn't feel as up to the same level of quality of the original case and whilst it's replaced my broken one, it doesn't feel as secure/an accurate replacement.UPDATE: I reseated the Pi Zero and crucially this time round I completely removed the rubber SD cover and with a bit of trial and error was able to see how the Pi was meant to sit and placed the rubber SD Cover in a way that it wasn't interfering with the seating of the Pi itself. Now it closes and screws shut with slightly less stress but it's still a tight fit.

Very good!
Now my GPi Case has "two cartridges" one for my collection, other for my guest collection.I just wish they sold "cartridge" cases for SSD for the RETROFLAG NESPi 4 Case.THAT would most likely sell.
