The kids book of creative lettering

This book is terrific!! My very artistic 13.5 y.o. daughter dove right in. She already knows a lot of lettering styles, but this book provides TONS more. She tried out a few and made me a card showcasing her new skills. :) I also like this book because I am NOT skilled at lettering and I love the ideas and very clear directions. The author breaks down the process in such a manageable way. Wish I had ordered this book sooner, but glad to have it and enjoy for years to come. Two thumbs way up!

I adore this book. Using their own handwriting, adding flourishes and dots and some colored pencils and voila! Masterpiece!

I bought this book as a gift for a little girl who recently became interested in lettering. I own two other books by this author that I’ve had for 20+ years. This book is PERFECT for anyone interested in creative lettering. It starts with basics & goes on to embellishments. The recipient loved her book & is very excited about the different lettering styles she’s learning.

This book is so much fun! My eight-year-old loves it and is now looking for calligraphy equipment. They've got a lot of new information in there that I didn't know when I tried to learn title lettering as a kid. Now I just need to find a kid's design book!

This is just a wonderful book for Anyone who likes to doodle letters and numbers and things like that. I got it for a friend for Christmas and ended up ordering myself one when I got hers! Its really cool with tons of doodles. My friends in thier 20s and 30s liked it as much as our kids did :) A great gift for a little doodler.

Book is like new! Great seller and super fast shipping. Honestly for those who want a basic primer on Lettering, this is by far the best book out there for total and true beginners for kids and adults!! Start with this book then go to the other books because most of the adult books are more inspiration and not full ABC's of different lettering styles!

I was disappointed at first. Cover so bright and cheerful but inside a bit cluttered and repetitive and no colour. However, that said 6 year old who likes lettering enjoyed it, mainly getting ideas on adding doodles to letters.
