Emily Post's The Guide to Good Manners for Kids Hardcover – October 26, 2004

I have been reading this book to my 8 and 10 year olds, a section each night before bed. They are interested and curious about what the right thing to do actually is. This has helped them with sleepovers, being a guest, and a host(ess.) My son said that he always heard to mind his manners, but he wasn't sure what the manners were, and this book has helped to clarify.

Good book. It is very thorough. Covers all areas of manners and etiquette including cell phone, e-mailing, and Internet manners. Good manners is being kind, courteous, and polite;behavior that is lacking in not only children but, adults too.

Glad I have the tools to get my presentation started.

Concise, easy to follow. Loved the layout of the book. Not too fussy with a touch of humor.

We read a page or two each time the grandchildren come over, then we play video games. One grandson is 11 and the other is 12. It has helped them know what to do in social situations.

The kids liked it and are learning lots--seems like good manners were starting to go down the toilet and this helps a lot

It was a good book to start off with my seven year old grand daughter. The book was as described. I would use the same agency again. The book was received very soon after I ordered it.

Good "sister" book to Guide to Table Manners. Easy to read and useful for all ages.
