These Lock Jaw Pro 2 Collars are worth every cent !!!
The first time I used these Lock Jaw Pro 2 collars was at a powerlifting gym and as soon as I picked them up I knew these collars were serious. I use these on my Texas Deadlift bar and they are as solid as my old school 5 lb comp clamps. If you are thinking about getting a set of quick release collars PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT buy the cheapo collars. Once these collars make contact with the bar you can FEEL the "squeeze" on the bar and then it snaps tight. .These Lock Jaw collars will also clamp tight to ANY BAR even the cheapo bars that have a slightly smaller sleeve diameter. What I like best about the Pro 2 collar is it has a "Snap Latch" which is like an added level of safety. The main latch will not release unless you press the "Snap Latch" first so repeated slamming will not pop open the main latch. To be completely honest I liked the 2" Pro 2 collars so much I also bought a set of the Lock Jaw 1" collars. They are just as good as their big brothers and being as inexpensive as they are, about $18.00 a set, I'm going to invest in a few more for my various other 1" bars.

Best clips ever!
These are the best clips I’ve used so far, it’s a little tough to lock and unlock, but once it’s locked in it’s secure. My partner uses them during heavy deadlifts and they never budge. Super durable! The design is sleek and clean looking, something I really look forward to when buying gym equipment/accessories. I really recommend these if you’re looking for personal barbell clips!

EXTREMELY WELL BUILT AND SECURE FIT
The media could not be loaded. Rest assured these collars are staying put on the bar and will not budge! Taking them off and putting them back on is VERY smooth and easy to do. You press the button and unlock the collars. They will NOT come off accidentally, I can assure you of that. They are made of a very tough and solid plastic. The the inside of the collars that grip the bar are of a different solid material that will not slide around. One of the best products on the market. I love the red ones! The price is very reasonable considering how well built they are. At the same time they are not exactly cheap. Worth every penny though 🌟

Amazing
Great quality and amazing grip to the bar not like your ordinary metal “spring” clips

easy to use
The functionality is perfect for what I needed at the gym. Makes adding removing plates much easier especially if you struggle with the other clips they usually have at the gym.

Lock Jaw vs cheapie Chinese rip-off brand
I am comparing this to another collar that I bought off Amazon for a third price.First, these are clearly using a much higher quality material. They feel very solid. The iron lab is made of cheap shiny plastic that looks like it would belong on a child’s toy. The Lock Jaw also feels noticeably heavier. On the cheaper collars, the rubber inserts are held in with screws. Whereas, on the lockjaws the inserts are nested inside of the mold. This seems like a much more durable design. The lockjaws also have a very satisfying and clicky spring action. The iron lab collars do not have a very strong click into place in comparison. To be honest though, the iron labs work fine for a third of the price. Functionally, both of these collars do their jobs for bench, deadlifts and squats.
