Merry Garden Sandbox with Canopy, Natural Stain

Great Quality and Easy directions! My two little ones loved it! I wasn’t sure how many bags of sand so I got 4 50lb bags and honestly this thing could hold 6-8 50lb bags!! Very impressed with the size and quality of this product, Husband was impressed as well Because in all honesty this sandbox is a steal, It’s a great size, great quality, great price too. Most wooden sandboxes cost an arm and a leg so when we ordered this one for $60 we honestly weren’t expecting much, we thought it’d be smaller than expected or something would be wrong because the price seemed to good to be true but wow were we wrong because this thing is awesome and I’m 100% happy I took the chance and ordered it!! All around adorable and great quality and would recommend to anyone looking for a sandbox for their little ones!!! Oh I should mention that it does have the black mesh type bottom that you attach and it’s on ours, we just put a shipping blanket down as well because my husband didn’t want to have to weedeat really close to it in fear he might mess something up on it like the canopy when it’s closed (just in case anyone was wondering why there is a blanket down underneath in the pic)

I paid $68 other sellers are selling for $98 and up but i searched and waited for the item to come down... For $68 im very happy. The wood is cheap and one piece came broken but again only $68 dollars. it goes together easy and is really sturdy once it is all put together and sand is added. The canopy is hard to move up and down with only one person but it does keep the sand dry and safe from animals.. i would buy again..

I bought this for my dogs potty box. They love it, specially the roof.

I really like this sandbox, the only issue I have with it is that the “lid” seems cheaply made and hard to lift up and down, ours actually broke the first day we put it up. Otherwise, this is a great sandbox, good size for our toddler!

This sandbox is awesome and once it was all put together my son fell in love with it. The canopy seems sturdy and it is easy to raise and lower with only of person. The only thing I have any concern about is the supports that hold the canopy seem like they would break if any significant amount of weight feel on or was leaned on them so we'll have to be careful with that.

My little boy LOVES this sandbox! It came in lots of pieces and wasn’t too hard to put together. It has lasted through a few bad storms and shows no sign of breaking down any time soon! Great value! I love that we can block some of the sun with the canopy and lower it to act as a lid to keep stray cats and other animals out of it at night.

Love the whole set up but the wood is not very sturdy and when my husband was drilling the screws in, pieces of the wood were breaking off. Other wise it’s a nice size and my kids love it.

Cute sandbox however arrived with a broken piece. My hisband managed to gorilla glue the piece back together so its okay for the time being but I have read other reviews with same issue. Be weary!! Other than that, assembly wasnt too bad and its perfect for our three year old daughter! She loves it!

It's a cute little sandbox, it has the top that comes up and down. It's okay quality, we haven't noticed any splitting on the base but there is a lot of splitting on the roof part. It's very cheap and flimsy wood. The plastic roof has also had it's colour distorted to a yellow. It's a good sandbox if you aren't looking for one to last year's and years.

Opened it up to put together and one of the pieces of wood is split that is used to hold the canopy up. Didnt have an option to return as it was a gift from the Easter bunny to my 3 smallest children. Not happy about this at all and have no option to contact seller

We are very satisfied with this sandbox. I think that longer wood pallets should be provided to screw down the inner lining because the corners are left open. Hence, sand can go behind the corners (in between the lining and the box itself). My husband used a staple gun to staple the lining neatly in the corners of the box and a hammer to bang the staples flushed with the surface.

I did not enjoy building this. The drawings in the instructions aren’t the greatest. You have to look closely or you’ll mess up and have to start over. I also had to jump ahead to another step just to get the boards to line up properly. Not a lot of pre-drilled holes.

Top doesn’t not open or close easily and was broken within first weeks of use with split wood, pieces coming off, cheap. Don’t recommend. Spend the extra money and buy something better.
