Fine for single use
Worked just fine for what they are. Meant to be a disposable brush that is used once and tossed. Used a handful to apply a very oily varnish to a weathered play set. They do have short, uneven and shedding bristles so aren’t going to be ideal for every application.

Disposable and low-quality
They worked for our purpose - letting kids using water to melt a block of ice with plastic dinosaurs inside of it. Would probably be fine for arts and crafts with kids. If you're looking to actually paint something you care about, I'd look elsewhere. The bristles aren't particularly straight / aligned, the handles are rough. I assume it's meant to be used and tossed. If that's what you're looking for, it'll fit the bill.
