- Mold Release Agent s for most injection molded plastics, metals, resins, waxes etc. especially when the molded article is required to be painted, printed, plated, metallized, glued or coated. Free from chlorinated solvents, Class I & Class II Ozone Depleting. Special propellant gas with optimized propane-butane ratio and free from un-saturates. Unique combination of ingredients and valve design enables a fine mist spray for optimized application on molds. Wide serviceable temperature of sprayed film, from -20 to 110°C, enables use on hot and cold moulds. Non toxic, colorless and generally odorless. Suitable for incidental food contact. Options for food grade and medical grade mold release preparations available. Plastic safe solvents enhance compatibility with most plastic substrates. Negligible mold build-up even after prolonged use.
