They only have one use. Creating a square flat edge on rough sawn lumber.

Blades for jointer
I ordered these blades with all the numbers from my jointer and they came in to big...not very happy!

Does not fit Craftsman model 149.236220
This did not fit the Craftsman 149.236220 even though the description says it does. Craftsmanship on the blades appears to be good though.
