Thickness, Easiest to clean, & Height of edges
Absolutely perfect! The measurements are spot on. I have a Excalibur, (5 tray 15x12 1/2) that I bought from a friend (I think last year's model), and they fit great - only leaving about 1/4 inch square room. I've dehydrated frozen cherries, cranberries, peas, & carrots so far. "Oh my gawsh, what I mess to clean up," I said to myself - nope! I took them (4pk) outside, very suggested if you are using anything with liquid - and just rinsed them off with my hose. They'll be fine if you use a dishwasher, too. Around here, I'M the dishwasher, (lol). I only rinsed with the pressure of my hose, and there were no stains on any of them. I did, however, let the water sit in them for 10 min or so just for "good measure." These work awesome & the price -on sale - is worth it!

Works great for wraps!
I bought these trays to make @rawfoodromance raw wraps. They work great! There is a slight oder to the mats but soaking them in white vinegar helps with the oder. Fits great in the Excalibur dehydrator.

Wish I would of had them before
Love these trays. Fit the Excalibur trays perfectly. Wish I would have bought them to start with! I use my dehydrator a lot for mushrooms, onions, banana chips, but also hot peppers, herbs. It's nice to not have the hot peppers going all over the place! My daughter uses for fruit leather. Great purchase!

Great addition to my dehydrator
These work great for liquids but many other things that would typically fall through my dehydrator trays…I use them a lot.

Thick, heavy mats
These are thick, heavy mats with a good rim. They work well for fruit leather, although they seem to need some lubrication, such as palm shortening, to help the leather release more easily. Otherwise, the fruit leather won't stay together when you try to peel it up.

Perfect size well made
Worked very well for making my veggie wraps in the dehydrator. Easy clean up.

Finally, Silicone sheets with edges
I have some flat silicone sheet which are OK as long as what I am drying is not in the habit of rolling around. These trays solve that problem nicely. I also have some hard "plastic" fruit roll trays which I have now replaced with these. I can dehydrate veggies, sour cream, cottage cheese, ground beef and more without fear of product loss on the way to loading them in the machine. I usually spread the finest thin layer of coconut oil I can manage on the trays before loading product - especially when dealing with items of a more liquid form to make it easier to remove from the trays. You will definitely like these. Just wish manufacturers would be consistent in supplying the exact number of trays needed for common dehydrators. I have two Excalibur units which, of course, use 9 trays....these come in a pack of 4.
