This was bought as an engagement present for my fiancé. The build quality of this watch is exceptional, and the level of detail and care given to the packaging increases the overall impression of a high quality item. The watch itself is stylish and elegant, and suits smaller wrists well. The skeleton face design is a delightful feature, and very much appreciated my my partner. The clasp for the strap is clever and simple to use, and should ensure that the leather of the strap does not deteriorate too quickly, as can happen with standard buckle fastenings. I would highly recommend this watch as a gift or even as a treat for yourself.

I've had the Ingersoll Herald automatic watch for over three weeks now and have only set the time once. It's kept time amazingly well for a mechanical watch. It's very lovely to look at as well. The only thing I don't like about it is the clasp on the wrist band is annoying in a leather wristband so might be worth changing out if you are like me and get annoyed by the metal clasp on the leather wristband.

Ich habe diese Uhr nun seit über einem Jahr täglich an. Egal ob zum Sport, Arbeiten oder Schlafen, die Uhr ist 24 h an meinem Arm. Da ich sie auch zum Duschen und Schwimmen anhabe, habe ich mir ein Metallarmband besorgt und das originale ausgetauscht. Einziger ganz kleiner Minuspunkt der zum Abzug eines Sternes führt ist, dass das Glas nicht die härteste Glasart ist. Dadurch habe ich zwei ganz kleine Kratzer, die man aber nur bei ganz genauem Hinschauen sieht. Dies hatte ich bei meiner Tissot eben nicht, dafür hatte diese ständig Wasser im Gehäuse. Im Endeffekt bin ich mit der Ingersoll als täglicher Begleiter sehr zufrieden.
