I purchased this mosquito repellent to use on our family trip to Egypt. I would use it once during the day and again in the evening and found it very effective. Definitely kept the mosquitos away. I used the spray on all 3 of my children and my youngest is 21 months old and she was fine with it. The only negative is the initial smell of the product can be unpleasant but this is what is keeping the mosquitos away.

I bought some originally from a supermarket in Canaries as I was being bitten continuously. I used a full can in about 5 days (I probably sprayed more than was necessary) but it was worth it as got no more bites. When back in UK I stocked up from Amazon as don’t want to be caught out again. It smells a bit when spraying so you do need to hold your breath, but amazing stuff.

Got this to use while out camping and hiking. Liked that it was rated against horseflies and ticks as well as mosquitos so you get good all round protection.I opted for the aerosol as the spray was not available and have no regrets. Application is super easy and you get very good coverage. It goes on light and seems to last the rated time -- you notice quite quickly that mosquitos stop bothering you and stay away.The aerosol can is small and easily to carry. It did at one point during a hike lose its cap and begin to slowly dribble/spray insect repellent into my trouser pocket, but even then I can report that it left no skin irritation and did not stain my clothing so a good result despite my user error.For those interested the active bug repelling ingredient is Icardine 16.24% which is a newer chemical compound (not DEET) that has good efficacy against mosquitos, ticks etc. It is also safe on plastics and synthetic clothing.As a side note, and I have to thank my other half for this point, a small and portable aerosol spray like this also doubles up nicely as a self defence tool. I cannot speak for its efficacy in this role, but I imagine getting a face full of insect repellent is not the most pleasant thing and it will probably serve as a distraction while you get to safety.

Purchased this as we needed a repellent that was small enough in mls to take om our backpack trip to Italy. It's OK, it doesn't last very long on the skin and we did get bitten but not as much as others with no repellent.

A lot of repellent doesn't work for me including citronella.I don't like DEET. This is free from deer. Also a good repellent is vital as I'm ever so allergic to mosquito and insect bites. I react badly and they get infected.This stuff WORKS! Other ones of similar quality is Jungle Formula but I'm scared of reacting to the chemicals as I have chemical sensitivities.Very pleased I tried itI recommend it 100%!

I got bitten 3 times on the first day of my holiday - before I had the chance to unpack this from my suitcase.I used it twice a day thereafter and nothing bit me again.Only drawback is that you need to hold your breath whilst spraying it as it chokes you otherwise.Despite that I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again
