Ultraloq UL3-BT Bluetooth[Upgraded Version] Enabled Fingerprint and Touchscreen Smart Door Lock

The lock work well with most functions. However, the blue function is basically useless. You have to be within 30 feet of the lock for your. Phone to communicate with it. The when you unlock the door it automatically relooks in three seconds. That means you have to be next to the door and really quick open the door. If you are in your car with packages what good does it do use Bluetooth. The door will be locked before you can even get out of the car what good is Bluetooth.

This handle is quite large/bulky, and the fingerprint sensor is not brilliant, in that it often takes several attempts to get it to recognize your fingerprint, but that is true for all the competitors, and they don't have the backup of being able to enter a code.Don't really use the BT to open these much as they are set on internal doors and I don't carry my phone around the house all the time. It is useful for accessing logs. It will be more useful once the hub is released giving true remote access/control.It's great being able to control access to rooms.

Item works pretty well, however the battery life is very short if used more than a couple times a day. Needless to say we have people getting locked out because the battery starts to slow down. We will have to get an alternative manual lock to replace this one.

Works great, my renters love having their own code and fingerprint access. Tested it out on the main entrance, going to buy several more for side entrances and interior doors. Haven't used the Bluetooth feature or app so I can't comment, but it's well worth the money even without those.

The bluetooth connection is spotty and the fingerprint recognition is not great. Installed easily.

The Ultraloq is very handy, my only complaint was that the Bluetooth didn’t always work, customer service has gone above and beyond to make sure that I am happy. I am getting the bridge to make the lock work over WiFi, so with that, this lock is a must have!!!

The reason I have this product a 4 and not a 5 is because of the app.... This door lock is amazing I must say, fingerprint scanner works every time, simple to add and delete users all from the unit itself. The app is atrocious, it's riddled with glitches, and for Android users you can't even make a connection via Bluetooth to program it.
