I purchased this product because I was scheduled for foot surgery and would be non-weight bearing for 12 weeks.I loved the variety provided and the detail provided on the cards.

The cards are made very well. I wanted only flash cards and not a book. Flash cards were difficult to find. Even on ebay they were more expensive. Just my personal opinion that $15 or $16 would be a reasonable price for this item.

I like that they are detailed and convenient to use because of their size.

I had MANY exercise cards and I have not used/enjoyed the exercises that were provided for the reason being too complicated and painful to do. The exercises on this pack is very straightforward, and gentle with it’s approach to fitness!!! FANTASTIC! I only wish for the cards to be waterproof and unbendable. All and all I love it.

Good chair exercises for the older adult. All muscle groups.

I like this system as I choose the exercises that I want to use daily & I can add music, a stop watch or something different. It does keep me moving forward.

The product was meh, and the return process is painful and I have to pay to return. Making me want to buy from Temu with the hoops I am jumping through just to return a product.
