Small but brilliantly made
These Core Class transformers figures are fantastic for their size. The range are all around 8cm high but manage to fit almost as much detail as their larger counterparts. This Ratchet figure is based on his Transformers The Movie look rather than the more recent Netflix show or the new cartoons. It’s the classic G1 look, in other words, but streamlined here.Transformation is a little more tricky than some of the other core class due to the way the arms fold back and have to be aligned to form the side panels. It’s not something I’d recommend to younger children who would just want to to play and keep transforming it, these are more for collectors and older fans.Displayed alongside the other core class, Ratchet looks really nice and adds another Autobot to my ranks.

Interesting!!!!
Ok, so What Needs To Happen, is Someone Needs to invent an incredible piece of tech that You can obviously buy on amazon that enlarges some of the products sold by amazon??!! This little Guy is Great just either Needs to be BIGGER, or the price Needs to be Cut In Half, at least, This Guy is tiny. Beware!!!!

I made a mistake on this purchase. I didn't read the small print. This is a small version of the bigger Voyager/Deluxe version. Don't make the same mistake as I did.

Small and flimsy.
Very small and very flimsy. The display pictures state that the figure is 19cm long in vehicle mode, when it is less than half that size.The legs are very loosely attached, and come off very easily during transformation.

Clever transformation
Best core class yet in my opinion. Yes there are gaps but for the price what do you expect. These core classes look great with titan class figures like Omega Supreme. And they suit those with small budgets and shelf space.

A Great Addition to the Core Class Range.
I understanf that the core class isn't everybodies cup of tea, but I have, so far, loved all of these smaller scale figure. These are ideal for collectors who may not have as much dispkay space as myself or dont want to spend a fortune on larger figures.The colouring is mostly moulded plastic with face a markings detail in place. For some reason the side stripe is missing. Twin blasters are supplied also, these can be stored on the figure as well as in the hands. Transformation is pretty simple and the van mode looks very good.Placed next to his brother Ironhide, these two look the buiness and Id recommend.
