I recommend these to every hard-working mama out there. These really do take the edge off and for so many of us we cannot go home and have a drink every night. When you have kids and if you get up to work the next day, you need something to take the edge off. These packets were amazing. I mix with sparkling water flavors. Let you change them up and make fun drink. I love these products. I buy them in the cans as well. Give them a try. You can also use them during the day as well if maybe have a stressful day at home or work as well.

Really Love this brand for so many occasions. Love drinking Recess as a mocktail where I don’t feel like drinking alcohol. This totally relaxes me! I always use it for the stressful work days to try and keep my cortisol levels at bay and before bedtime to help with sleep. Very versatile product and most importantly it tastes good! Okay, so the stars are mainly for the flavor. I mixed the berry flavor with plain water and thought it was delicious. This was approximately 7:30 pm. By 8:30 I was comatose on the couch and couldn’t wake up enough to go to bed until around 5:30 am. I had no trouble getting back to sleep…. And that’s when the dreams kicked in.First I was hanging out with rich, famous and deceased basketball players and their children (rip Kobe)…. And somehow that lead me into co-writing “Why I did it” with OJ. I mean wTF. Btw, OJ had me sign a contract that the book couldn’t be released until after Goldman/Brown families are gone so that his children could get the money.Not an author, not a basketball fan, not a fan of not being able to stand up…. And stay the f out of my dreams oj. With that being said. The flavor is good. The effects are not for me. And the pricing seems really high. I can legally go buy pot where I live and it’s cheaper and does the same thing.

I’m a big fan of this stuff and love to use it to help me get away from alcoholic drinks. It truly is relaxing after a long day, and really does a good job of helping with recovery (I workout about 5x a week)I love mixing it with some lemonade crystal light and a splash of lime juice for the ultimate drink. Plus the powder saves you a ton of money over the canned version. Highly recommended!

I tried the product today, expecting to feel mellow. These types of products are often advertised as an alcohol replacement, given that they make you feel relaxed. It did absolutely nothing for me. I mixed it with juice since it was not flavored, but I had no mellow effects. Sad, as they are kind've pricey.

I love this supplement. I do feel like it’s a little pricey for it’s a small container. However, I do feel more relaxed, and though I am getting natural ingredients with no artificial flavors, I also like their flavored seltzer and their cocktails.
