This was the second replacement I have ordered for my Aeron B chair and I cannot recommend this one as it does NOT have the grip strength to continually stay in the chair. It pops completely off if you actualy sit in the chair ergonomically. The side grip semi-circles are not strong enough.

Bought to replace a worn lumbar support in my home office Aeron chair which would no longer remain in place on the back of the chair. I spend the majority of my day in this chair, so its condition and comfort are important to me. This pad fit perfectly, was very easy to install, and significantly restored the support / feel of the chair. A simple and inexpensive upgrade to for any older Aeron. Highly recommended.

Looks and feels great on my aging Aeron chair. The original back support had deteriorated with age nad this was a perfect replacement.

Regret buying this. As other reviewers have said, the lumbar support constantly slips or pops out of the rails. Look elsewhere.

Do not buy these! The pad is poorly made and snaps out of place when your back leans on it. It should stay in place by having the canals fit the rails on the chair, but the canals are not sufficiently tight and sturdy, so they do not hold. The return policy is 30 days, so the seller won't refund me. I will probably need to spend more to by original items that actually work.
