Got one with a defect contacted seller sent it back got a new one within a day or so prompt service and response works great would buy another have recommended to friends and family

Went through 3 of these within 6 months!
Everything worked as advertised. Easy to setup. Uses batteries fairly Quick. No problem, as I have rechargeable ones. Went out to shop this morning, lock is completely dead. New batteries didn’t help. Have another one here to replace, but hoping we don’t have contd issues.Edit; after 3 different locks over the past 6 months. All. I repeat, all locks have failed. Do not waste your time or money. We exchanged emails with the manufacturer. Even with the language barrier, they knew of the problem and offered no support. Buyer beware. Zero stars if it were a possibility

Works great
Watch the video. It works GREAT. The fingerprint reader is spot on. Hopefully it will continue to work as it does so far because I would highly recommend this. Also I searched for indoor/outdoor and did not see much in the reviews. I installed this on an outdoor door.I will update in a bit as to how it holds up.For now, 5 STARS

Easy to install
It’s fab but it can be sensitive to its keys. Finger print and even though not perfect the fob was sooo stellar!

Don’t hesitate
I am a tech guy- this thing is the real deal- it is made so well out of metal- the app is amazing- easy to use yet super powerful (especially if you have more than one installation). The app seems to have been made by people who understand English! Fit my existing door handles with no modification. They also respond lightning fast- I barely notice a difference from a regular dumb unlocked handle.

Kills batteries in 12 hours
When I first got the lock it was great wireless access. Card access and fingerprint recognition it worked great after 35 days I had to reprogram the fingerprint then the access codes. 93 day after I had it it started eating batteries every 12 hours it doesn’t update in the app about battery life either
