Good quality as expected, great value
I purchased to use as gift wrapping paper. The roll arrived within expected delivery (prime 2 day shipping) and in as good quality as expected. The end of the roll was secured with a Woodpecker sticker. The sticker was not the easily removable type. The edge of the roll had begun to tear around the sticker - I don't believe that this indicates anything negative about the quality of the paper or the packaging, but a normal wear and tear due to the nature of the product itself.I do however wish that the sticker used to secure the roll was removable, to reduce how much roll is wasted to reach a clean edge of roll. The paper itself is not very thick or heavy. It is lighter than what is used for brown paper grocery bags.I found this to my advantage as i am using it to wrap oddly shaped objects and it folds easily. Because it is pliable, it does not tend to tear very easily - in fact I have found this paper to be sturdier than cheap gift wrap rolls that can be found at dollar stores, Targets and Walmarts. The paper can and will tear, however, if enough pressure is applied. This may not be an ideal wrapping paper for rigid objects with hard corners, as the corners can be liable to tearing, especially with a tight wrap. As I am using the paper for a more loose and relaxed parcel style wrapping, it works well for me.This paper may also be useful for wrapping fragile objects for transport or storage, and for stuffing items that might need to keep it's shape. This paper may be able to be used as a table covers or table runners. Multiple sheets would have to be used for a table cover, as its width is only 30".For arts and crafts uses, this paper may bleed with water based inks or paints, or heavy layers of ink or paint; This paper may tear with finer tipped markers and pens.I have used Fine Point Sharpies on this paper with visible bleed through the back of the sheet. I have not experience bleed onto a second layer.I would not recommend this paper for wrapping meats, as it is very thin and extremely likely to leak.I purchased this roll (30" x 1800", (150ft)) for $20.50., roughly 13.66 cents/footI believe that it will prove to be a great value for me over time. I plan to continue using it throughout the year for wrapping gifts.

Nice quality
Nice quality, used this to finish the back of a framed painting. Great thickness. Wish it came in a smaller length roll.Other than that it's awesome. Shipped quickly and in good condition.

Best wrapping paper, ever.
Because my 3 daughters appreciate the tradition, I always do a 'brown paper packages tied up in string' Christmas wrap theme, like 30 years worth, which is how long it took me to find the perfect kraft paper wrap. Most versions are much too thick, and the rest are as thin, or thinner, as the cheapest of gift wrap. It's not so heavy that I can't move it, which happened a few years ago when the roll I bought on Amazon was about a foot across, probably weighed 50 pounds, and had such thick paper, I had to use packing tape to keep things together. With a family of five, we used about half the role, which is about perfect. Better than the 4-5 years the huge one was around. For birthdays, or other gift giving, I add embellishments, stickers, hand-made tags, cloth ribbons, and/or elaborate bows, and have received a great many compliments on the results. It's fun to play around with styles, making gifts look like they just came off the stagecoach, glamorous enough for princesses, or dozens of unique looks for all those holidays. Highly recommended. Try it out.

Great for wrapping gifts!
I was looking for a more eco-friendly way to wrap Christmas gifts this year, so I decided to purchase plain paper and biodegradable cotton yarn and jute for tying bows. I also bought paper gift tags. Everything looked old-fashioned and classy, and I had some peace of mind that it was all better for the Earth. "If we all do a little, it adds up to a lot!"This paper was just thick enough for tear free wrapping but not so thick that it didn't fold well.

Not what i thought, but still good.
Let me start by saying I think this is a good product, and that I think many people will love this. That being said, it was a little thinner than I was expecting. I'm using it to rap gifts and the table for the holidays. If I put tape in the wrong place I can't take the tape off without ripping the paper. It also wrinkles easy. It's also a little darker brown than it looks in the photo. I was expecting dark khaki or tan, this is more true to actual brown or light cocoa.

Great product
I used this for the table covering under the serving tables at my wedding. Very durable, but take ink and writing very nicely. Really good product.
