High quality, superior durability
Product is excellent. Have purchased six rolls at different times over past 14 months. Product has help up well. Be careful of substitutes that are slightly lower cost but much lower quality. EcoGardner weed fabric has the fuzzy back side for improved water retention and durability.

Awesome product!
This fabric is amazing!!! Doesn't let weeds or grass grow through! Water goes through no problem. I've used another brand and it doesn't compare to this one!

Seems to be doing the job.
I like the thickness of this cloth. It's easy to work with. Cuts best with scissors, not a knife. Only been down a while, so we'll see how well it does at keeping the weeds at bay.

Works great in my garden
This has blocked weeds very effectively in my vegetable garden for more than a year. I've purchased four rolls and all were good quality. I covered several areas with it about a year ago and there are no living weeds under it now. The material is still in good shape despite being out in the garden all summer and all winter. I'm using it again this year, cutting holes in it to plant vegetables. It is easy to cut with my shop scissors. I have been laying this down over weeds and not putting anything on top of it (in a few spots I have put cardboard and leaves under it).It may be that weeds are more likely to grow through it if there are wood chips or gravel holding the fabric down (and taut) while the weeds push through it. A solution could be to put something biodegradable under the fabric, such as cardboard, leaves or grass clippings, to form an extra barrier that weeds have to push through before getting to the fabric. I have not tested that out because I've never had a weed grow through it.

Easy to use, high quality garden fabric
Easy to roll out, easy to cut. I had a weedy poison ivy area that I laid down newspapers, flattened cardboard, and rolled out the fabric on top. I cut out holes for the trees, arranged a soaker hose, then added mulch. It looks fantastic.. The area now looks well loved, tidy, and safe. Highly recommended!

Ground Cover Weed Barrier
I recently did an overhaul/upgrade to my garden and added some new above ground planters. When I first installed the old planters years ago, I didn't put down any barrier cloth to reduce/prevent weeds from growing, taking up my plant nutrients and stealing their water and I was forever pulling up weeds from my garden. I regretted not putting down any barrier and vowed to not repeat the mistake. So when I installed my new planters, this was the first thing to hit the ground. It's pretty thick material and I got the 4'x50' roll, plenty enough for my needs with some left over. While I won't know how well this barrier works until sometime this summer, it certainly seems capable of preventing weeds from growing up and taking over my planters. I used shears to cut it to length and it was pretty easy to lay out (it was a bit windy that day and I just weighted the corners down with a couple of rocks, but a two person installation would help) and I have every hope that this will perform as intended.
