Very Happy with this chair.
I've had this for a few weeks now and love it. I see some of the negative reviews, but I use it daily and have zero complaints. It came in two pieces and is lightweight (primarily what I wanted it for). The legs are wide enough for stability and the height adjustment is simple. The locking crossbar can be tightened so the chair doesn't swivel, or it can remain loose.I don't use it for heavy tasks (it's my animators chair) and don't think it would be good for that. However, for light tasks, it's perfect and the value is excellent.

CHEAP PRODUCT
When we received three of these, during assembly we noticed that the screws that hold the pad onto the frame were loose. When we tried to tighten them, they just truned as if the wood was stripped. We decided to just see if they work OK. A few weeks afterward, all three screws just fell out of one of the chairs. When we complained we got this response:"We would like to inform you that all damaged, defective, missing or wrong items must be reported within 7 days from the delivery date of the order.Since this period have passed, we have no option to issue a refund or ship a replacement.Best RegardsLinaBisonOffice Customer Service"Cheaply made product and plain cheesy customer service.

Adjustable seat hight is 24-36", do not go off of the assembled seat hight listed in the product detail.

Great, but not.
Would have given this 5 stars.... except 3 of the 8 chairs came with 1-3 screws that had fallen out of the backs because the holes were stripped, not cool. Another came with 4 screws that fell out from the seat.Other than that they’re great! Comfy, sturdy, just over priced if they’re going to be shipped out broke!!!

This one won't match my other 4
I had to back order this one and when it came today, I unwrapped it completely and it looked fine. When I assembled it and put it alongside my other 4 at the bar, it didn't match. The back is made straighter than the others and sticks up at least an inch higher. The wood is more brown instead of reddish in color. Now my good intentions of having 5 stools looks like a mismatched mishmash. Not happy. I will say this, I love the 4 I got before but I guess if I send this back, I'll have to settle for 4 stools because I'm too afraid to order again.

Cheaply made. Not impressed. Poor customer service.
Unhappy that these stools are made cheaply. Since we have had them the screws they hold the padded seat on are constantly falling out as if the holes have been stripped. This started to happen shortly after receiving them and they would not allow us to return them as it was past 7 days. Also they do not adjust well to match up with legs on chair and the backs of them are both crooked. I wouldn’t recommend this item
