this set has everything i needed, even more than what i expected, and the quality is extremely well made, the cheap one will cut your skin / ear, these ha many head that worked as scratcher, remover of crumbs, omg I hate myself for not ordering this earlier in life, must have if you have itchy ear ( have dry scalps from wearing ear buds, i think its allergic reaction) my ear wax are wet but now i have scaly ear canal due to ear buds

These are great for hard to remove earwax when it's closer to your outer ear. Durable & well-made, use carefully. Love the color choices, too. My solution to the annoying case: I opened it up, I cut off the hinges & use a rubber band to keep it closed.

I got these ear cleaners because my ears have been popping and feeling clogged for about 3 years now and once I found the tip that I like the best it's kind of become like this odd relaxation habit to make sure that I have the cleanest ears in town! They are so gentle on your ears the ease of use is perfect the ease of cleaning this tool is even better because all you have to do is run hot water over it and maybe a little scrubby The functionality is perfect as I have ears that get hurt easily with just q-tips The heat level is fine there's really no heat so enjoy the heat level and stickiness is not a problem because it just grabs all the wad of wax out of your ear and one shot. So once again this is a great item it's not expensive and you will probably become addicted to it like I have!

The ear tools were of high quality, great design and worked well. But, the case that was used to house these tools was a "Piece of Crap". It was difficult to open and needed a screw driver to open the case each time, which was tedious at best. It would have been easier to get into the bank vault at Bank of America than into this supplied case. In fact, I threw away the case and put these tools in a much better case. The case I used was one of the inexpensive cases that one would use to carry a single tooth brush when traveling. It was the perfect size, held all of the ear tools perfectly and was so easy to open. So, to the company who produces these great ear tools, find another case. You could even use a less expensive plastic sleeve with a snap button.

Okay, let me start by saying I have tiny ear canals (literally the size of a newborn baby) while leads to ear wax issues & ear infections not to mention ITCHING! These little suckered do the job SO GREAT! They get in there where a q-tip never could, all those clumps of wax come out & I dont have to have my ears flushed. There is different heads, and sizes so its has something for every issue. Try them all and figure out what works best for you. My doctor says my ears have never looked better! And if you do crafts (like raising spiders, or... well whatever you do) they come in handy.
