The Jane Austen Escape Room Book

The book is beautifully illustrated with a moderately good plot, if you don't mind it diverting significantly from the events of the original book. However, the puzzles are mostly very easy for anyone used to puzzle books and they sometimes lack direction, for example are you looking for a destination or the line colour in the first puzzle? In the second, a passage described as south-eastern should be south-east of the house. Overall, this is a lovely looking book that takes 1-2 hours to complete, but serious puzzlers should look elsewhere.

Terrible puzzle book. Very childish and full of American spellings. Do not waste your money. There are better puzzle books and better books for fans of Jane Austen.

This is different than I expected, but wonderful. It's colorful and thought provoking. It is a creative take on Jane Austen and the perfect way to engage students.

This is my second order of this hardcover book; the first was for myself and this one will be a gift. Lovely illustrations and an interesting concept. Pleased with my purchases.

So much for fun and the puzzles were a good mix of difficulties. Any Jane Austen fan would love this!

I love this little book! If you are a Jane fan you need this! I think the little puzzles are awesome! I wish I had two copies. One to preserve and one to do the puzzles

This is a cute idea for a book but is quite confusing and there isn't a lot of instructions. You have to reference things in the back for some of the puzzles but it's also by the answer key. Why not just put the reference material in with each step of the puzzle?I can't say I'd recommend it due to these reasons
