GPS works, manual mode is fun, land and takeoff from anywhere
Very well built VTOL. Easy to fly for anyone, but also has the ability to fly in manual mode (airplane) so that you can do rolls, etc. The GPS does not function when in manual mode, so keep in mind that if you flip it to manual and need to come home via RTH, you need to flip it off manual mode. The case is a nice touch to the package and is very sturdy.I fly my ZMO with a RadioMaster TX16S and a TBS Tracer. My max range so far has been 1.8km, but that is due to the DJI goggles limitation. Not much can be done to bypass this. 1.8Km is enough for me to go check out the mountains near my house. I also have the DJI FPV drone nd am able to fly that to about 6km, so I'm not sure what the major difference is here given that both models use the same DJI video system.

Received mine as a kit including the DJI goggles just had to add the DJI controller. Setup was easy, just follow the instructions for the DJI parts. The plane comes with a manual translated from Chinese, its a poor manual with little to go off of. When I received mine, one of the aileron servos was bad, so I took it out to inspect it and its very low quality. I would have expected more for a plane that cost this much. I'll try to find a replacement now to see if I can even get this thing to work. Another note, the flight controller is locked in, there is no USB port for debugging or upgrading. It looks like a cheap Betaflight board. Best thing about this are the case and the DJI components.

It's a hit & miss
I bought the BNF. All seemed fine, I charged the battery with ghe supplied charger. Plugged in it in. Followed the instructions, did the GPS move. I can start the motors, e en take off, but no input otherwise. Debuts works ... however the server on one side has no burnt out, and the flight controller seems to be iffy. I think it's the Flight controller, so it's a hit n miss folks.
