Functional and sturdy
I purchased for my dad who’s a boxing / fitness coach and it’s perfect the way it is just enough wiggle room to breathe and just enough padding to not feel the impact but enough to feel when being hitNice quality not as good as bigger brands but price and product is 100% worth the money I would purchase more of them if I needed them

Does the job
I’m 5’8” female with 37” chest, bought size S/M. It fits reasonably well on the tightest adjustment.For over enthusiastic “light contact” sparring in kickboxing, it works well.

Not for boxing
Not suitable for boxing. This is more like martial arts guard that get only slight hits on. Definitely does not take a boxing punch.
