Not sure what happened this time. I received a bad batch. I've purchased hair a few times from this company before for myself and my daughter and was truly disappointed by these bundles for a SECOND time. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt the 1st time to getting a bad batch but.......The hair was just awful. After 2wks it started to shed like crazy and ball up at the back of my neck and the texture even changed and became very rough. I had to brush it out ALL THE TIME. I had to carry around a lil argon oil to keep putting it on the back for the matting. Tried EVERYTHING to try and help the hair be better but nothing worked, had to take it out. The crazy thing was it seemed like it was only the longest bundle(24"). Imagine the top of your hair lookin good and the back and bottom a nappy matted mess.

It was sooo soft and beautiful for about the first few weeks. Then it just seemed flat.. maybe I used too many products but I washed it and brought it back to life. After some time it started to shed terribly and get the birds nest right at the kitchen. I understand not leaving it up too long but you would think for the price you should at least get two installs out of it. Not the case. But I am new to this, so I will just keep learning as I go. I do plan on purchasing again and not using too much product. It makes a good curl but the curls don’t last pass leaving the house, just starts to get wavy.July 2022 UpdateI’ve purchased this hair twice since January and both batches have been much better. Haven’t had the birds nest problem, still shedding but not as bad. I use sponge rollers, water & mousse now instead of a curling iron or wand and the curls are always bomb! The only thing I haven’t tried is re-using the hair.

I was very apprehensive but I ordered yesterday anyway and because I have Prime, my order arrived today. The hair is lovely and it feels exactly the way human hair should. Ive been in the hair game for a minute and I know the feel of synthetic hair. I was impressed as soon I ran my fingers through it. This hair feels like human hair. It’s soft and light. So far for the price I’m impressed. Based upon some of the reviews I've read I wasn't sure what I'd get but this hair seems to be good quality.Once I install it, I will update my review.Update July 7thThe hair is still nice and soft. It curls and colors well and the closure is still thick and lush....overall the hair is stillvery nice!Update August 14thAfter dyeing the hair three times it is still soft and it has lots of body. I am impressed.

I am very satisfied with the hair!! I ordered the Brazilian body wave in 18", 20", 22", & 24". The delivery was very prompt and the price can't be beat. I see some people on YouTube and here mentioning a smell to the hair but I didn't have that problem. The hair is true to length and the wefts are nice and thick. The hair came in a cute box with FAQs on the back and as an added bonus, a pack of lashes. I will definitely order again. Thanks
