I suffer from sudden blood pressure drops where afterwards my body acts as if it ran a marathon without me leaving me severely dehydrated. Showed doctor this product along with a coworker who is an EMT. Both gave 4 thumbs up. No flavor to it so I didn't have to deal with that slimy taste most rehydration products have or the salty taste that also comes with them. I also wasn't left feeling dehydrated afterwards. Will definitely be reordering to keep one in multiple places including in one of the pouches on my Service Dog.

Not sure I am feeling any immediate effects halfway through my second pouch. But, I will persist ...my daughter insists that the addition of electrolytes is important.

Tastes great & easy to use. I add a few drops to my hydration pack for day hikes & long bike rides in the desert. Noticeable difference in endurance!

Meh.... I like that it doesn't have sugar or dye in it.... but it makes the water difficult to choke down
