It's so good I ended up eating with a spoon.Expert advice: do not inhale while you're putting a spoon of fruit powder into your mouth.

I have used this to add to buttercream icing and the result is fabulous. I was expecting it to make my icing grainy but that wasn’t the case. I will definitely buy this again, as well as the other freeze dried fruits I have bought.

Seems expensive, but 1/2 teaspoon is sufficient for taste and a dose of its polyphenols with breakfast.

Used it for fillings for Macaron. Absolutely devine. Can't recommend it enough. Is easy to use and easy to store.

I only just realised that this product is only 25% passionfruit powder and main ingredient is Maltodextrine which is a filler that is not good for you at all. Even though product is described as ‘Passion Fruit Powder’ and ‘All Natural’ in fact it would be better described as ‘Maltodextrine Powder’ with passion fruit flavouring.

I do like smoothies and milk shakes and you can use it where ever in what ever you like.Yes, it is a bit expensive but it also goes a long way if you don't use too much.
