Bad experience
Ordered the product and it did not appear to be new since there was no cap on top and the nozzle was open and some of the conditioner had come out and was on the outside of the bottle. Tried to get a return authorization and am now on the fourth contact in two weeks - and multiple "promises" to send a return label - and am still waiting. Very poor experience and customer service.
