I am an amateur who is learning to shoot more videos for fun and for my vlog. I was looking for an affordable motorized dolly and I found the PPL-06s. I am still learning how to use it but I am very happy so far.Be sure to remove the battery as there is tape over the contacts that must be removed. I also had to charge mine before I used it.

Arrived without the screw to hold the drive wheel to the motor shaft. The wheel falls off and makes this completely useless.Drive wheel also arrived with dents/dings in it.No extra screws, no way to order replacement parts, and no measurements of the missing screw available for me to try to find another.

I was so excited to get this product. I used it with my iPhone and unfortunately, the ride was just too bumpy and every 3 seconds the whole setting would shake. So I returned it. So sad because I really was looking forward to this product!

I REALLY wanted this to work. Alas, it was DOA. The red light is supposed to turn off when it is completed charging. It never does. I have tried twice, each time over 12 hours. The unit will not turn on. Returning the product for a refund. Scared to buy another one. Will look at similar product instead.UPDATE 2018-02-05: A friend of mine bought one at the same time. His was also DOA. Same deal: will not charge. Seller never returned my email. BEWARE.

Great rig! Haven’t been able to use to it’s full extent, but looking forward to it!!!

Looks sturdy and well built but it would not turn on no matter how long I charged it. Returned for refund.
