Really ornate, beautiful. Haven't used them yet. They are a bit heavy but many women with medium to thick hair look for stable hair ornaments. My hair is fine. If they are too heavy, my family of ladies will love them! Great gifts.

I have a lot of waist length hair, though it’s not thick. I have a serially horrible time finding clips that are big enough AND stay in my hair, it’s usually one or the other. For a while, I used hair sticks and pens at work, sometimes clean plastic silverware from the break room.Since I got these, I’ve been able to put my hair up and in different (but simple, I’m still learning) styles without having to use anything weird or keep adjusting it throughout the day! I can sleep in it, wear it to work, do manual labor, go to church, work meetings, go grocery shopping, and relax at home with them! They’re so comfortable I sometimes forget I have them in, and I plan to order more in the near future!

I liked the smallest comb the best. It had nice curves and was easy to push in my thick hair. The video of the combs is very helpful to learn how to maneuver into hair. Although I have long medium thick hair, the larger combs were too big to use as they “stuck out” of the hairstyle and were not comfortable.

To heavy for my fine hair.

I like these, I can just toss up my hair and stick the fork in and go. It doesn't pinch or pull on my hair, or hurt my scalp by the end of the day.

The hair combs are too heavy. They will not stay in the bun.
