I have to say this was one of my favorite BBQ sauces a couple years back and i could purchase it in my local supermarket. However they stopped selling this product. Last Christmas i received a smoker as a gift and started smoking ribs . I do use sauce on my ribs as i eat them so i was looking around and found this on Amazon. This is a great sweet sauce for any BBQ item. The hot version has that little extra kick to it but its not too hot to have on ribs or poultry. I do have to say however its not a thick sauce so don't think you can use it like sweat baby rays, However this remains one of my favorites.

Excellent flavor but is not hot.

A little too sweet for me. I made it with the jackfruit. Had to add mustard to cut the sweetness.

This is a great sauce....perfect balance of tangy and sweet, and not too thick. Also not so much sugar in it that it burns. Love to marinade with it, and perfect for pulled pork and chicken.I will note....when I've bought it on Amazon (through third party Prime Dealer), I have received old stock....expiring within a few months. I now buy direct from the manufacturer, which is actually cheaper than some vendors on Amazon, and it is much newer stock...expiring in 2 years....

Apparently they have changed the recipe on the regular and made it thicker. It used to be my favorite BBQ sauce. My wife says it still is OK for her but I won't be buying it again. Why would they change the perfect sauce? When I wanted it a little hotter I would just add some tabasco. They already had a thicker version so why did they thicken the regular. Ruined an outstanding product.

Stumbled on this when reading a recipe by Dr Caldwell Esselstyn Jr. He advises no oil eating . This sauce is intensely flavorful and spicy without oil . Occasionally we blend it with a non spicy sauce just to tone it down a notch. The flavor is very bold .

This is some of the best BBQ sauce I have ever had, we had it on chicken and then with the other jar that I purchased we made a few racks of ribs and they were literally the best ive ever had

You have to try this sauce,,, put in on any kind of meats... It's hard to find but worth the look....
