Attachment is so easy, with a small elastic loop at the base. The size is perfect for attaching to knit hats, and they seem very sturdy. Adding one to your knitting project gives it a great finishing touch!

My cat kept stealing my winter hats and dragging them around the house. I bought these for her to play with instead, as they are very similar to the pom-poms on my beanies. She loves them, and I’m glad to have my hats back. 10/10

Easy to use

I purchased these to go on a hat, because the other brand I bought (Bernat - see my other review) was too big and heavy. It took a while for these to ship, but it was worth the wait - they're a much better size, and I'll have extras to share with some friends. They have a small loop sewn to them so that you can easily attach them to something. The colors are nice and the fake fur feels soft and looks quite realistic. The white ones don't seem quite as white as in the product photo, they're more of a winter white and are only slightly lighter than the other off-white ones. That doesn't bother me, but if you need pure white, these might not be what you expect. It's nice to have 2 in each color, in case you want to put them on the ends of a scarf.These weigh about 10 grams each. The core seems to be about the size of a golf ball, maybe 2" across, but the fur is long and fluffy, so they look more like 4 to 5" across when they're fluffed out. In comparison, the core of the Bernat has a larger core (about 3" across) with shorter fur, and weighs 3 times as much - 30 grams.I have attached photos with a comparison to the Bernat pom pom as well as to a commercially made hat. The commercial hat's pom pom is kind of in-between the two in size, but closer to these. Unless you have a need for a very large pom pom or prefer the look of the shorter, smoother fur, I recommend these over the Bernat ones. They're so lightweight that you barely notice them, but because of the longer and fluffier fur, they look almost as big.

These are some of the nicest poms I've found. They fluff up beautifully with a hairdryer and have a nice even appearance.

It’s all about preferences. Personally, I would like these poms a bit larger for adult beanies. But, ~4” (after fluffing out) isn’t horrible and is standard. The pack I received had the advertised elastic for attachment in each Pom. I found the elastic small and somewhat difficult to wrap over a small button, but that said, I AM glad each Pom had the elastic. Got the natural multicolored earthy-toned pack. There are 2 poms of each color and all colors match well with most colors except for one color (that is, 2 poms out of 12, ~17% of the pack). It’ll be harder to make that color work but I’ll eventually make it work. All in all, this pack is pretty decent.

They look nice!

I’ve ordered these poms 4 times now, and at first I loved them. But now I feel like the quality is slowly going downhill.The second time I ordered, there were about 4/12 poms that the snap was not sewn properly onto the pom pom and they just fell apart.I just received another order today and they are about half the size that they used to be.Its really disappointing because I used to love them and you just cant beat the price. But I dont think that they’re even worth it anymore.

These are perfect!! I got them to finish off some hand knitted hats and I couldn’t have expected much better for the price. They are well worth the money because1.they have little to no shed2. are very sturdy little things3.dont look cheap at all4. Have elastic loops on the bottom to attach them with5. The attention to detail is pleasing, the black Pom poms have black loops on the bottom instead of white so that it looks seamlessAnd shipping was way faster than expected!10/10 would buy again🙂

I bought these pom poms to finish off some hats that I crocheted. I purchased these ones because the price was reasonable and the colors matched my projects. They arrived when they were expected and as the seller described. They are a little smooched from being in the packaging but if you follow the instructions and give them a quick fluff with a hair dryer they become nice and fluffy and soft. It takes a second to find that elastic loop that they attach with because they are the same color as the pom pom but this is nice because it isn't seen when attached to a project. I like that there are 2 of each color so you have more options for which projects to use them on. They do look like real fur. The only issue I had was I fluffed them first and it was awkward to sew them on to my hats because the fluff got in the way may be worth trying attaching it first then fluffing but it was a minor issue. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and will likely buy these again when I run out.

These are beautiful pompoms! Lovely colours and soft to the touch!A great buy overall, especially for us knitters who often find the pompoms in the yarn store cost more then the skein of yarn we bought to make the hat the puff of fluff is meant for.But I do have two complaints.One pompom in the package came matted and unusable, in fact the fur on my St.Bernard’s favourite stuffed moose that’s she’s had since puppyhood is in better shape then this poor pompom.My second complaint is the little elastic loop is not an effective form of attachment. It is much to flimsy and leaves the pompom flopping unattractivly.

I bought these for my dog to play with ( she is a little Pomeranian ) and she LOVES them! They fluff up great and look and feel like fur. I think they would also be super cute on hats ( they have a tiny elastic hoop so you can attach them to things........... so many things you could use them for. ....... and it works out to less than 50 cents each!
