Reparo 19V 1.75A 33W AC Adapter Laptop Charger for Asus Transformer Book T300chi T200 TA200TA, AD890326

I was very happy with my TChi 300 ASUS, until things began falling apart.The first one was the power supply cable connector. Something was broken inside so I needed to give it strange turns for it to be able to power the machine (very uncomfortable thing to do). The second one was the broken micro-USB internal connector (the machine only has one)... the third one was the keyboard (that resurrected by itself some days later, so I am not sure what is really happening with it).More or less was possible to work the machine until the power supply die completely (probably because an internal cable short circuit). And without power supply what can you do with a modern machine?Looking around I found an old 18.5V HP notebook power supply but with a very big connector. My brother helped me to put the ASUS connector on the HP cable and it worked, although was something you really don't like to have in a daily usage machine, particularly when visiting customers. So, I made a research for a new connector and ... ASUS made a big effort to find the most strange piece of hardware. No replacement connector anywhere ... and when looking locally (Costa Rica), no one of the generic power supplies had that type of connector, even the multi-connector ones. Checking more, in AMAZON, I found some adapters, but the solution would continue being some sort of Frankenstein with a lot of candidate points of failure. What to do?Then I found this Reparo power Adapter. The right connector, the right specifications and a very good price. I could resolve everything at once without those complicated adaptations. So, why not to give a try?The Reparo piece it is very well built. The original ASUS connector was always a little lousy but the Reparo one fits perfectly in the ASUS machine and it looks more sturdy than the original (this is, in fact, a very important characteristic). Has retractable electricity pins making it more portable, a stronger and longer cable and even a Velcro belt to help keeping it ordered.Right now I have it connected together with a Samsung Chromebook Plus square adapter (it seems it is the new shape to follow), and if you don't check the brand, they look the same (just the Reparo it is bigger as it is 19V vs the 5V Samsung).I still need to check if this adapter wins the time war, but overall I feel very satisfied with this purchase, that gave my ASUS a new life.

After purchasing this in mid August, I was very pleased. My last charger was failing, and required constant jiggling, prodding and maneuvering to charge.It was a beautiful stress free four months of fast charging. Almost to the day of purchase after four months, the charger began flickering between "Plugged in" and "Battery"... As I write, I am still able to charge but it is deteriorating rapidly day by day requiring more prodding to make and keep a charging connection.

It worked, was the right size tip for the T300 Chi. The cable was about a foot shorter than the OEM, and the plug is larger to accommodate the LED. However the LED failed after a few days and the extra size makes it slightly cumbersome, and I'm finding myself setting it down daintily as I feel hitting it just right would lever the whole screen open. Otherwise works a charm.

Different barrel size for my ASUS X200MA, adapter wiggled inside of laptop power adapterPreviously rated as 1 start, until I realized that it was a problem on my end.The AD890326 has not only a part number, but also a "type" identifier, I required an 010LF while this is 010BLF.Hope this helps others avoid this problem in the future.

My original power charger wiggled too many times. Purchased this replacement power supply and the charge became intermittent beginning in March, 2019. Purchased another brand as don't feel this charger tip lasted long enough given I was careful.

Works as described for the ASUS T200 charger that we lost. The connector is a bit long so It does not plug in all the way and seat but that does not affect the charging. Fast shipping, as well.

After misplacing the original charger that came with my unit this replacement works perfectly. I've had no issues charging. Works as intended. I recommend this if your looking for a charger that works like the original.

The Chi 300 is a tricky yet great machine. This unit is compact and makes for a great second or replacement for the original. There have been no issues at all and I am very satisfied that I do not need to cart around the charger any longer. I simply leave one on my desk and one in my travel bag.MJ
