Step inside Science: Germs

Very good for small kids - my daughter is 5 and this is worded well for her age, she understood all of it and has picked up the concept of germs really well.The book explains to children that germs are everywhere, even in the air and on ourselves, but it also explains why this isn't necessarily a bad thing, and that our bodies work hard to live with them every day. It goes into detail about why 'good bacteria' is good for us, and why some germs make us poorly - but also talks about the germs that have helped to make medicines and vaccines if we do get poorly.10/10! My daughter loves this and now she understands a bit more about the world.

Lovely books, fun for the child to read and explore

Got this for my 6yr old who is interested in germs, but is put off by the amount of words.
