These are expensive but well worth it. Few things make my white hair as soft. They keep brassiness at bay which is tricky to do since I have hard water. I alternate using this product with some less expensive options every other week. I consider the product worth the expense.

I really wanted to like these products. I have long gray thick healthy hair. The shampoo smells good, lathers well but when I rinse it out of my hair it feels dry and pulls my hair out. When I apply the mask and work it through more hair falls out. The mask feels good and it feels good once I dry and style but my concern is how much hair falls out during the process. Totally bumming, I probably will not use it as much in the future.

This may be fine for many and I hate to leave a negative review, but my skin reacted badly to this shampoo. My ears and eyelids became inflamed and itched. I wonder if it is the D&C Violet #2 ingredient? This has been shown to cause rash and hives in some.

I have been using this product for more than 6 months. It removes the brassy tone from my white hair and doesn’t leave the blue tone which several other products did leave. It leaves my hair soft and manageable. I use this shampoo and conditioner daily and will continue using this brand.

It's a good shampoo. The scent is a little stronger than I'd like, but it's a good scent.
